These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lumora-care.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Lumora Care ("Lumora Care," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site or make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order where permitted by law.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including because of availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or an invalid email address. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for accepted orders, including applicable taxes. We do not charge any fee for the use of a particular payment method. Your statement will show a charge that identifies Lumora Care.
Digital products and delivery
Lumora Care sells digital products only. After your payment is approved, your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout and shown on the order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped to you physically.
License to use our digital products
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce for others, or create derivative works from our products without our prior written permission.
Informational purpose only
Our digital products are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute medical, dermatological, health, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows a refund request within 7 days of purchase. Those policies form part of these Terms. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at contact@lumora-care.shop so we can try to resolve it quickly.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; interfere with Site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the Site through unauthorized automated means; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or misrepresent your identity.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, branding, photographs, text, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to Lumora Care and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Shopify and may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumora Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lumora Care harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or material violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to a mandatory alternative forum under applicable law will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Orange County, Florida. This section does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
