Digital delivery only

Lumora Care sells digital products only. There is no physical shipment and no shipping cost at any time. Nothing is mailed to you.

How you receive your purchase

After your payment is approved, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes. The link is also shown on the order confirmation page, so you can download your files right away. Delivery is handled by Shopify's Digital Downloads service.

Format and access

Our products are delivered as files you can download and read on a computer, phone, or tablet. No physical item, subscription, or account is required, and no software is sent to you.

If your delivery email does not arrive

Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders first, and confirm the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact contact@lumora-care.shop with your order number and we will resend your files.

Wrong email address

Please confirm your email address before submitting an order. If you entered it incorrectly, contact us and we will resend the delivery to the correct address at no cost.
