Refund policy

Lumora Care sells digital products that are delivered immediately by email. Because these products are downloaded and cannot be returned, refunds are limited as described below.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. After 7 days we are unable to issue a refund, except where a refund is required by law.

How to request a refund

Email contact@lumora-care.shop from the address used at checkout, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We review every request individually and reply within 1–2 business days.

When we refund

  • Your files were never delivered and we could not deliver them.
  • Your files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we could not fix or replace them.
  • The product is materially different from its description on the Site.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

Before issuing a refund, we will first try to solve the problem, for example by resending your files or providing them in another format.

When we cannot refund

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • Change of mind after the files were delivered and downloaded.
  • Lack of the device, software, or internet access needed to open the files.
  • Dissatisfaction with results, since outcomes depend on how the material is used.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at contact@lumora-care.shop. When a refund is issued, your right to use the product ends and you must delete the files.

Cancellations

Because delivery is immediate, an order cannot be cancelled after purchase. A refund may still be requested under this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
